♡ Where do I ship from?
I ship from Belgium (#WAFFLE).

♡ Do I ship internationally? 
Yes, I ship worldwide but because of the pandemic some countries aren't accepting parcels from Belgium at the moment. Please refer to the info page, I'll keep it up to date. 

 

♡ How long does it take for your order to arrive?

Belgium: 1-2 days.

Europe: 1-2 weeks.

Rest of the world: from 1 to 3 months at the moment (because of COVID19, important shipping delays are to be expected for international orders).

I highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option.

♡ Can I combine your orders?

Yes if your order hasn't been shipped yet, make sure to send me an email with the order number(s). Excess shipping fees will be refunded after calculations depending on the weight of the parcel.

♡ What is a preorder?

Preorders are for items that haven't been produced yet. By preordering you help fund the product and get to be amongst the first ones to receive it. It takes around 10 preorders for me to fund a design and send it to my manufacturer. If that number isn't reached after a while, the design is cancelled and all preorders are refunded.

♡ How long does production take? 

It depends on the kind of product but it can take up to one month (sometimes more). 

♡ Am I going to restock ________ ?

I'm always going to restock "RJ's dad" lol, as for the other pins it depends on the demand. Some less popular pins can be discontinued. 

♡ How do I grade pins ?

• A Grade: the closest to perfection. Can present a bit of scuffing or small imperfections to the side of the pin but nothing visible at first glance.
• B Grade: minor imperfections like spots, scratches, under filled/overfilled enamel or stained plating. 
• C Grade: large and obvious imperfections. 

♡ What app do I use to design pins?

Procreate and/or Illustrator. 

♡ Can I make you a custom design?

No, sorry. The minimum order quantity for enamel pins is quite high and expensive so I can't just make something for one person.
